Immigration Office shall crack down all the H1-B visa frauds by these consultancies. They brought their people from India on H1-B visas, pretending that these people are developing software or doing in-house support for body shops. They spent about 3 month to find a consulting job for them. These are illegal activities!! H1-B shall only be granted to people applying a real position, not those empty ones in the body shop. The influx of these cheap labor is creating problems in already etremely tight job market and cost your jobs. Call you Senators and Congressmen to stop these illegal practices!!!
