this is really true. well the real part is that people get to reinforce their knowledge, policies, beleifs, attitudes due to success. this itself becomes a big hinderance to change.
hence it is always better to foster a environment wherein continous process improvement takes place . an environ in Nestle's CEO's words " to do things in a slightly better way every day" which would prove to be cpi in the long run.
