Who doesn't know the endless project days, (ab)used for the introduction of SAP: the daily routine is determined by never ending meetings and countless memos. Projects seem
to be subjected to monotony. It is this monotony and the many technical details which make it hard to escape the daily routine and to watch the project from another point of view: different, crazy or cranky. But there always is hope: during a team event pictures of the ideal project leader are drawn(which make him look like a Swiss officer's knife with thousands of tools); or during a staff meeting the results of the different project teams are presented in a setting of an Italian market (instead of the usual thirty minute powerpoint presentations).
Do you know such "crazy ideas"? Perhaps you already made good experiences with one or the other idea? Or you have one in mind but never realized it? We are looking for crazy ideas, which are able to accelerate a project. Do you have such "crazy ideas"?
