Hello there people..
For some of you may have known me from my work on user resistance and information panopticon. I have currently taken on a new project. This involves formulating a new methodology for ERP implementation (SAP). I know there are some methodolgies already in place like ASAP, but this new approach involves a simpler "scoring" method which will enable implementers to evaluate which fields or processes they need to concentrate on before and during ERP implementation.
I do need the help of technical experts like yourself to help me in this endeavour which will benefit future implemeters of SAP.
I need to know specific problem areas encountered in implementation, technical or other wise, and also a way of "measuring" if these problems can be solved or not. By getting feed back in this slowly I think we can all build a definite system to measure implementation feasability.
I would be highly grateful foryour help.
