Hi all

I am currently starting my dissertation on BPR and need some help:o)

I am looking for information on the following areas:
· What are the critical factors for a successful BPR project
· What are the main problems encountered/related to a BPR initiative
· Useful wbsites for BPR or references
· Change Management Issues and BPR

If anyone has learnt from experience then it would be great to hear from you!

I would be extremely grateful for any help or advice you can offer me.
