Hi,

I am currently working on my dissertation which is based on the topic of the importance of the management of change within an ERP imlementation.

I am looking for any useful information, advice or view points on the following topic areas:

To discover:
· How to ensure a successful ERP implementation (taking SAP as the ERP software to be studied)
· Provide a list of key success factors (through analysis of the successful and problematic cases)
· How important is the management of change to a successful ERP project
· What are the most fundamental changes that a client might face when implementing an ERP project?
· Development of a framework to assist with the management of change involved with implementing a new information system
