Organizing Business Warehouse Resources

My company recently implement BW 1.2b. We started with a sales cube last fall and added and order cube last month. The team consists of two FTE, and we are looking to expand that by 2-3 FTE over the course of 2001. We also are looking at adding at least 3 more info cubes in 2001. I am curious as to how other companies, running BW, have organized their BW teams to support: day-to-day operations, new cube development, existing cube support and cube enhancements.
