V3 updates - STUCK - please help!

We have already activated the delivered BW extractor (2LIS_11_VA0ITM), but now we are in the process of adding fields to the extractor ... well at least we would like to be...

How do I get rid of the open V3 updates?

I have gone into LBWE and clicked on 'V3 Control'.
I have gone into LBWE and unactivated my communication structure (MC11VA0ITM).
I have gone to LBWG and cleared the tables (11).
I look in RSA7 and it shows no data.
I look at program 'RMCSBWCC' and it gives me the message 'Open V3 updates 11 still exist for application.'.

Can someone help me??
