BW - Upgrade of R/3 system from 31H to 46C

We have B/w 20B system connected to 31H R/3 system. Upgrade process on R/3 from 31H to 46C is being carried out.

Although there is no updgrade at BW side, we have to disconnect from 31H and connect the system to 46C. We have a fair list of activities need to be done, but we have to ensure that we do not miss any activity while on this upgrade.

If anyone of BW Gurus has a list of activities on this sort of upgrade would be of great value to us.
