Hi Vel,

You can Show exceptions for more than one key figure at a time.
For making the setting for exceptions in Background :
goto the Reporting agent from AWB.Goto the query for which u hv to define the exception.
Right click , New Setting ....
Then click the exception reporting Box...
Under Exception reporting tab u can choose from Available objects to selected objects ....
Follow up actions u can drag Alert Monitor or Send mail option and then double click to define user/Roles to whom the alert/mail hv to be sent.
