Loading data from EBP

We are trying to load data from the Enterprise Buyer into the ODS object 0BBD_DS1. 40 or so po's have been entered since the beginning of July. The data sources 0BBD_TD_ (PO, CON, INV)seem to only pick up a the first 12 or so purchase orders. Purchase orders we entered in EBP yesterday or earlier in the month are not included in the extracts. Is there a setup process for EBP similar to the R3 purchasing data? We have been doing full updates and expect to extract all the data. Any help would be appreciated.
