Business Object 1012: Routing

I am trying to create a workflow to display Routing Changes and BOM Changes.
For Routing changes, the object I am going to use is BUS1012, right? then I need to create a method to trigger T-Code CA61.
The problem is that BUS1012 is not relased, therefore the subtype I created cannot be released.

I am using 4.0B. Any suggestion? I don't want to change the SAP object even with access key...

Is this object released in 4.6C?
What alternative object can I use?
