No explicit number range for customer tasks (type 'T') defined

The AUTOCUSTOMIZE (swu3) is failing on Maintaing Number Ranges for Customer Task T. When I go to maintain the ranges, this is what I see:

OBJECT : HR_PLAN
Sub Group : $$$$

EX ( Exterior ) 00000001 - 49999999
IN ( Interior ) 50000000 - 99999999 status 50000499

I am unclear on what it wants me to maintain. Has anybody else set up workflow global settings. What am I missing?
