I have linked this change document 'ZMARA' to this
subtype 'ZBUS1001' by 'On create'(T-code:SWEC)

but nothing happened! should i change somewhere? eg, the
program.

and i replace the change document 'ZMARA' by 'Material', it does'nt work yet.( i use event trace to check the event creation)

I am confused now.
