Hi all,
The error is resolved. It was an authorization issue. The SAP Users of the possible workflow agents need to be given SAP_BC_SRV_USER role.

: I am trying to trigger a workflow from an outlook form. I am able to do so when I give my SAP user Id. But the system returns an error when somebody else tries to trigger the workflow from the same form.
