New at Financial Workflow --> Please HELP

Hello,

I´m a BASIS consultant with any (few) experience at financials processes.
I´ve been made responsible of the implementation of the Financial Workflow in my company.
I know how to configure the basic customizing but I don´t understand the flow of tasks/responsibles/functions/documents.
I want to know which is the kind of consultant I need for helping me with this. A financial consultant, a basis one or may I need an expert on Financial Workflow (I suppose this would be perfect, but a good financial consultant with me we´ll be able to do it??? or is a very special and hardly customizing???)
