I did both BC601 and BC610. If you have basic WF knowledge, BC600 can be skipped easily.

I would not recommend skipping BC601 though. BC610 is only a detailled course on how to program different additions to WF (self defined roles, own objects, event check FM, ...), but assumes WF knowledge, which will normally not been repeated in this course. So, if you are not familiar with WF, you will certainly slow down other course BC610 participants.
