: I run an workflow which is triggered from an z program.The concerned person gets the mail but cannot open the mail.(workitem).Error is as follows:

: Workitem no : 000000415024 :Object MASCLNT800SELFITEM 000000415024 method SENDTASKDESCRIPTION cannot be executed.

: MAS is the development server and 800 is the client on it.
: But if i run the workflow manually it works fine.
