Outbound SAP email

I set up outbound SAP email via SCOT and SM59...I have successfully sent outbound email but cannnot get RSCONN01 to auto pickup INT messages....

Also how should I set up SM59 outbound....start or registration....I always have problems with connect test i.e.
prgram xxxxx not registered...what does this mean..
