Dear Frank,
we are using 4.6c and language z1(customer specific)
We get the popup every time, which seem to contradict the rules
which you listed. Maybe this is a bug ?

: In newer releases, the Copiright sreen only appears
: -the first time you logon,
: -when the copiright information as changed since the last time you logged on
: -when you logon using a different language than last time
: (because the copyright information in the new logon language differs from the copyright information in the language you used during last logon.)
: Of course it's possible to suppress this popup, but it might be illegal to provide a solution.
