What did you get when you ran SU53?? Have you checked the PID's. Sometimes that can stop access.

: After attaching an activity group to a user and testing the same by copying the same user as a test, the respetive auth. works. But user complained me that the respective auth. is not working in his login.
: I tried the same by asking his password,and surprisingly the auth. doesn't work in user login, while it works in the test user which copy of the same user.
