Which Release are you using?
In newer releases, the Copiright sreen only appears
-the first time you logon,
-when the copiright information as changed since the last time you logged on
-when you logon using a different language than last time
(because the copyright information in the new logon language differs from the copyright information in the language you used during last logon.)
Of course it's possible to suppress this popup, but it might be illegal to provide a solution.
