Language MDMP experience?

We are estimating the risk of MDMP now. Anybody has experience with language MDMP(multiple display, multiple process) experience? Or anybody know the current language settings of global companies such as Nokia, P&G etc...What trouble do you meet in the real system?

Blow is the disadvantage and restrictions of MDMP but we need more information.
I. Global data / safe data processing
II. Unicode migration
III. Data communication with external system
