RSUSR009 - limit the selection of critical auths & then run report?!?

We use V40b. The first screen in prog RSUSR009 says -

"Analyzing users with critical authorizations may take several minutes
You can reduce the processing time by restricting the selection of critical authorizations."

How is this exactly done? No matter what I do I can only run the prog using all the entries maintained in the table (USKRIA). We want to run the prog using only some of the entries in the table.
