After attaching an activity group to a user and testing the same by copying the same user as a test, the respetive auth. works. But user complained me that the respective auth. is not working in his login.
I tried the same by asking his password,and surprisingly the auth. doesn't work in user login, while it works in the test user which copy of the same user.
Also after attaching the same to a newely created user the same auth. works but not with the all old users in the same system.

Why it is so? Any help.
