Authorization issues

Hello Everyone!

I would like to give authorizations to one particular
user for particylar sales office to all the VA01,
VA02, VA03(sales order display, change, create). But
with in that I don;t wnat to give the authorization of
Environment >> availability screen.

How do I manage this, please advice.

(S_Program object restriction for the Environment >
availabuility screen program does not work)
