KPI in APO

Hi APO Consultants

Can anybody tell me where we can define KPI in APO?
As I understand KPI's are defined in BW and only used to monitor performance of supply chain in APO, within the purview of Supply Chain Cockpit(SCC).
Will anybody give some detailed idea on this?
