Net price issue in CRM

Post by AKS » Wed Mar 25, 2009 5:07 pm

Hi all,
I am facing an issue with pricing. I have only two conditions category Price. One is with acces seq and othe ris manual.
10- 0pr0 - access seq
20-0pr1- manual
30 Total 10 -20

As per standard pricing 20 should exclude the condition 10. But it is not happening in the CRM order. When i apply manual price system still use Opr0 -auto condition.

Let me know if there is any other point which I have missed.

Txs.

Like you, I would have expected the last condition of type Price to be the winner. Not sure why that is happening but for sure you can fix it using two exclusion groups one with each condition type and make the one with the manual condition always win out.
In my opinion, Pepper Spray is underutilized as an effective tool for scope control

I can understand that is can be done thru exclusion . But i was worried if it is the standard behavior...
Could you please confirm it.

Txs,

Sorry, cant, I'm on an IS-U CRM 7.0 project. IPC is nowhere in the landscape Its all about Lean Contracts and Container Model Configurable products.

Its all quite sad really. Except the 7.0 part
