Alright - I sincerely hope someone can assist me with this question - and sorry if this is the wrong forum...
I'm the project manager for a newly started project for our legal department. The goal is to set up SAP Record Management to handle the whole matter management workflow for them - and also through that be able to attach any contracts or case material they may need.
Another important request for them is the ability to track and store any email correspondance that may have been going on for a matter - directly to the specific record.
My hopes is that there might be a plugin/add-in for Outlook that through a hotkey or something - are able to attach a mail to a record in the sap record management. I imagine a dialog window popping up where you are able to select which record the mail should be attached to.
Does anyone know if something - even remotely - like this exists... perhaps as a 3rd party application?
