Who votes to remove the stupid "save" button?

If I hit that bloody save (instead of send) button once more - I'm gonna freak!!!!

I agree, it kind of reminds me of a "way" earlier version in SAP SD where a pop-up would ask
" Are You Sure you do not want to save the document?"
[OK] [Cancel]

The buttons actually might have been [Yes] [No] I used my "artistic license" a bit there, but still confusing as hell
