Re: New forum - SAP Project ManagementI would define a project management forum as being primarily about managing SAP Projects. So, a Team Lead might need access to it or someone with my title (Senior Project Manager (ABAP Programming)) or just a senior abaper or functional who has a bunch of work that must be organized (I know that no one here ever has more that one project queued up so the last comment is obviously meaningless

Re: New forum - SAP Project Managementi have been reading this suggestion around noon today and now it is 2030h CET and i still cannot think what kind of 'customers' would seek that forum. maybe i have only difficulties to wrap my mind around such a thing as 'SAP projects properly done' but IMHO the people who could clearly use some advice on the topic, are the project managers themselves ... talk about 'quick' and 'flexible' solutions to be provided just in time to match the too-short-time-table of the project ... but i don't see these people being SAPFans users ...
POD, would you mind explaining to me what i am missing here? what the intention and the target-group should be?
Re: New forum - SAP Project ManagementThere are many topics that can be discussed for SAP project management , like ASAP methodology, use of templates , use for solution manger for blueprinting and managing upgrades.
Why not start a forum and see if it is used or not?
