When I tried looking at someone's profile 'cause I wanted to PM them, I got:
You are not authorised to view the member list or profiles.

Same thing occurs when you want to seach for a user, to add as a friend.

I'm wondering if the config for PM and member details is not turned on, they are probably linked in some way.

It appears UAT was executed very poorly or not at all after the upgrade...

It's a bit annoying... where do you find out if anything is being done re: these bugs?

There was a discussion on PMs but the link citing further info was for Mods only.

I asked that a more public update be made so here's hoping
