Problem in XI/Solman

I have XI and Solman installed on one Server.

Due to some reason i have restarted the server and now all the XI related services are getting started through MMC, but while starting Solman, the service IGSWD.EXE is not getting started. I have searched on net but couldn't find any solution.
I have checked the Profile parameters also that are given in some forums for this solution.

Please help me....

Are there an errors in the system log?

Is it running on a Cluster?

What are the specs of the server? Amount of memory?

may be becaus you restarted the server the tnslistener service is down coz its manual and as a result the igs watch dog service goes down also

make it automatic and start the listener and restart SAP system...
this might solve your problem
