Forum width

Hello, I'm new.

After the forum loads all the data it seems to format it in a table with fixed
width, can I make it use the whole width of my browser?

NB I have no authority for any kind of table viewing / querying transactions.

Welcome to SAPFans!

The area to the right is reserved for adverts

The forum should be against the left edge of your window. If it isn't and you have a yellow border, then you should try logging on to http://www.sapfans.com/forums instead of just http://www.sapfans.com

The forum should re-size itself according to the size of your window...

Let me know further info if this doesn't solve your problem...

Thanks for the answer, yes I'm going directly to the forums and the table is left aligned although I see no adverts. This could be because I'm using an
adblock extension.

There are several windows which aren't being resized, eg search results but
I guess you've got to pay for your hosting somehow :)

Not all screens carry advertising. Sometimes it seems random when they do!

Also, I expect it's the phpBB software that restricts how the forum is displayed...

it seems that Firefox/Netscape/Mozilla browser all share the same problem. You should be OK using IE.

Am I going to be frowned on for my workaround?

(line of 800 white pixels in sig) - at least threads I contribute to are fixed for
me..

I would prefer a 1400 white pixel as I use 1400 x 1050 !
