Hello everybody,
For a while now I've been searching all over the net for some kind of explanation on how to replace the old PE51 form used in report RPCEDT*0. I know it is possible to add and configure a smartform for this payslip report. Using transactions HRFORMS_METADATA , HRFORMS and SMARTFORMS. My problem is that I can't seem to find how to link the new form with the actual payslip program. Is there a standard way of doing this without having to recode a standard application?
I know this SPRO configuration might have something to do with it as well.
Financial Accounting --> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable --> Business Transactions --> Outgoing Payments --> Automatic Outgoing Payments --> Payment Method/Bank Selection for Payment Program --> Set up payment methods per company code for payment transactions
Overthere you have to make sure the payslip program is linked to a sapscript, although this is still very blurry to me.
Is there anybody out there who can shed some light at this topic. Or does anyone has tips on where I can find better info?
Thank you in advance

I heard from SAP Belgium that payslip will be available in PDF forms before the end of 2006. So I prefer not to investigate Smartform and wait for a few months...
