Hi TM Experts,

Kindly let me know the following senario customizing steps.

The client organisation works half day on saturday. But payment is made full for this day as any other day. If an employee wants to take leave on saturday, he has to apply a full day leave.

Use infotype 2003 - Substitution to create a full day's hours(8hrs). Then you can create an absence for 8 hours.
