Sending to PREPRINTD trayI'm having a problem in SAPscript printing to a tray that has been set up as PREPRINTD (Printer: HP LaserJet 4050T). I know how to send the page to Tray3 using the PRINT attributes in SAPSCRIPT and setting the resource name to TRAY03 but when there's no paper in Tray3 it then goes to Tray2 which is set up with std paper. I think I need to send the printer some printer controls specifying that I want to print only on the PREPRINTD tray but I'm not sure how to do that.
Specifying Trays with in SAPSCRIPTHello Dboy,
I have been having problems ptinting to specific tray in HP4100. I have added in resource name TRY03. Is there anything else required to do within SAPSCRIPT please Help ? Atleasr you can select tray3 i can't do that even. I am using device type Post2. Pprinters are HP4100 and HP8150. Regards Nanda.
HP4100Funny you should say that your having problems with selecting TRAY03 with your HP4100. The work I'm doing is for our plant in Singapore, which use an HP4100 printer and it doesn't work as you stated. Specifying TRAY03 works great on the HP4050t tho. I will update this post if/when I come up with a solution and please do the same if you find anything.
