Maintain Middleware Health

Postby bobx11 » Thu May 20, 2004 11:03 am

I have a middleware installation for one CRM 3.0 system and one R/3 system. The R/3 system's customer publication is being subscribed to by the CRM system. Since we've had numerous upgrades to both systems there are a lot of messages in SMW01 now with errors. One i'm not able to resolve is the one concerning account groups not being avaliable.

Symptom:
1. Enter transaction SMW01
2. Select errored BDOC
3. Press "Errors" button to view errorsegments
4. Output shows following:

Code: Select all
Row 1:
Error message: Partner 0000082750(40ABB3C8A8C9116EE1000000AC10041A): the following errors occurred
Area: BUPA_MW_EXCHANGE

Row 2:
Error message: Acct Group 0001  is not available
Area: CRM_BUPA_FRG0040

Row 3:
Error message: Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, Bdoctype BUPA_MAIN.
Area: SMW3

A stange part of this is that the Grouping/Number Range exist in CRM and are external numbering in the same range as R/3. R/3's PIDE transaction has the mapping correctly done to the CRM grouping as well.

I've taken the Middleware course from SAP but they didn't cover this - or even close...

Any idea where this might be breaking?

Thanks,
jim

Account group not found when replicating BP from R3 to CRM

Postby jeanine-d » Tue Feb 21, 2006 6:39 am

Hi Jim,

I am experiencing the same problem as you when trying to replicate Business Partners from R3 4.7 to CRM 4.0 and I've checked all config and OSS notes. My message says "Acct Group YG01 do not exist" where YG01 is a custom account group created in our R3 system.

Could you possibly help? I see that this was posted some time back and I'm hoping you found the solution?

Kind regards
Yours desperately

Hi,
Not so sure whether you've solved the problem already.
Anyway, please try to do an initial download on object DNL_CUST_KTOKD, this will populate entries in table CRMC_T077D, then please reprocess the error BDOC in smw01.
Hope this could do help!
:)

Hi Ruth,

thanks for your reply. I'actually managed to solve it on my own - eventually!
I am now busy with another implementation and I've hit a problem again - thought you might be able to help?
Wrt the replication of customers form the ERP system to CRM: I have to set up CRM to replicate the customers from an existing ERP system (ECC6) to CRM (two different account groups). It's all set up and replicating, but all the customers are created as Organisations and some of them are in actual fact Persons. They are not Consumers in the ERP system though.
Is it at all possible to replicate Customers to CRM Natural Persons?

Hope this finds you well!
Regards
Jeanine
