Cud any one tell whether there is a version for United Kingdom? If yes, it's okay... If not, how to address the issue of VAT and Chart of Accounts?..... Thanks in advance.

Your question is not clear. Yes there is country specific chart of account for UK and that include VAT. So what exactly do you want to know?
