IS AFS LIFO/FIFO Balancesheet Valuation

I know that at some point under IS AFS Release 1.0D LIFO/FIFO Balancesheet Valuation wasn''t working correctly. I think that was releated to the sizes and to some extend wrong values in a few keyfields in PO and Material Document.

Did this change in later releases / supportpacks? Is anybody using LIFO or FIFO with AFS productive?

I am about to prototype to find out but hoping to save some time ..
