Posting of Survey Data in lead tranxn through program

Hello All,
Has anyone attempted to post the survey datas of lead transaction to CAT server by an ABAP report or some other method ? I am trying to create a lead transaction by BAPI call and then post the survey datas in the same program since BAPI does not support posting survey datas.

Any thoughts on this is highly appreciated.
