Obtaining PREM payroll cluster using social security number

Postby Mango Lassee » Tue Nov 12, 2002 4:56 pm

Does anybody know if it is possible to get payroll cluster info when only a social security number is available? The social security is stored in cluster PREM.
Thanks,

For a one time event get the pernr related to the ssn(perid) and then lookup clusters through one of the ckuster reporting programs.
As a regular query set up payroll infotypes and use ad-hoc query/sap query

My problem is that the PERNR is not available. I only have the social security number in a file.

I should clarify that.......
With the social security number I perform a look-up against PA0002. If sy-subrc <> 0, then I am supposed to get cluster info for that social security number. REASON....The file I am working with may have bad social security numbers on it. The employee master record has already been fixed, the only way to get the PERNR is off the cluster.
