How to transport RSUSR008_009_NEW

Postby Gary Morris » Wed Jun 25, 2014 9:30 am

I need help transporting RSUSR008_009_NEW. I cannot figure out how to get all the variants I created to transport. I can get it to prompt for a transport and yet not all of the tables are transporting and not all of my changes. When I use the transport option from the menu it is always empty. When I try to change something to get a transport prompt only certain variants and critical authorization IDs are in the transport, not all of them. I need the entire table to transport.
Table USRVAR
Table USRVART
Table USRVARID
Table USCRAUTHID
Table USCRAUIDT
Table USCRAUTH

I figured it out. You have to select all entries in the table before you use the transport option from the menu. You have to do it from both the critical authorizations list and the variants list to get everything in the transport. If you change one critical authorizations, the prompt says you can't transport individual entries, which is confusing because the transport will only have the critical authorizations you changed and not the whole table. If you want the whole table to transport you have to select all first.
