Guide ME please

am an IT manager on company which was working on customized ERP & background is system & network admin as well as i know alto on the company process , after huge evaluation process of an ERP we finalized on SAP while i don't have any experiences on SAP at all , but
i really want to understand it as IT manager , so what will be the best course or certificate i should focus on SAP .
