RKKBABS0 - Auto CLSD of work order

Postby rastamhadimustapa » Tue May 08, 2012 4:12 am

All,

I have RKKBABS0 run as batchjob for the particluar plant and I analysed the orders in the spool list and cross checked against IW33 to ensure data integrity. However, I found, out of thousands, few hundred of them indicated as CSLD in the spool but not in IW33/ 32. They still showing TECO. I have set the retention period 180 days and these orders met all the requirement, of TECO date, no open commitments and fully settled. Do you know why the inconsistency in the data between spool and IW33/ 32.

I'm on ECC6.0.

Appercaicte anythoughts of this issue.

Thanks

Try manually CLSD some of these orders to find out if there's something in the order stopping closure..

Thanks Pete for quick response. I have tried that and the WOs can be CLSDed no problem. Why inconsistency?. Appreciate if anyone here would like to share their experiences.
