Can you please explain the use of processing type/time type class and Time type determination group in negative time recording with an example?

Also,is it necessary to define attendance/absence class and if so,where ?

And please also explain with an example how time types are cummulated . What is the difference bet. time types and time balances ....time types themselves store time balances right...what exactly is a time balance?
