Notification Action Box

Hi all

Not sure if this is the right place to post my question as I haven't fully worked my way throught the MANY forums on this site so please bare with me..

From IW32 I want to create a subsequent notification, on my system i can just click on the notification change button, this takes me to the notification screen. On the right hand side of mine is the action box, this has been on all my SAP variants over the years. The problem is the maintainers at the site I'm at now don't have this action box showing. Can I turn on this action box fuction or is it an SAP admin only option? It would make it a lot easier for our guys to create subsequent notifications as we would like them tho do...

You have to make the required custoimsing settings in the IMG:
