what do you mean with shipping address? is this a third-party-order where the delivery address is pulled from the ship-to partner in the sales order? if yes, what language does this ship-to partner have?

Hi Svetja
Thanks for the response,This is standard PO to vendor not a third party order.the shipping address i mean to say the address where the vendor will send the delivery of parts which is either plant address or storage location address.the PO output form is picking the address correctly but only the country of the address is not in english, its in Czech language,See below how it is printing
Shipping Address
XXXXXX Africa (Ptv) ltd
42 saturn crescent
Linbro business park
FRANKENWALD
2065
JIZNI AFRIKA (Insead of South Africa)
Any input is highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi VAF,
just to be sure -- if you check the tab "Shipping Address" when logged in EN, the name of the country is CZ or EN? (just thinking about possibility that somebody changed the country coding OY01).
Other possibility is that you printform address formatting is not using SAP standard logic, but some custom development (incorrectly done); so check of the printform should definitely be done.
Kind Regards
TomT
PS: my first post here and it dissapears after submit; second attempt, then.

SAP prints the country name in the language of the despatching country (in the standard). I am guessing that this PO is to a vendor in the Czech Republic. See OSS note 69668.
Good luck!
