Adding image from my local drive to my post

Adding image from my local drive to my post

Is it possible to add image from my local drive to my post ?
What I only see is Img tag that contains link to an internet url..
Can I do something like [img]D:\\path%20to%20my%20image[/img]

This cannot be done. You can only post images from an URL.

use imghost or tinypic to host the files.
