Unable to create inspection lot during external process GR

I created a production order with one of the operation set as external process which automatically creates PR and thus can be referenced for PO creation. I have maintained the QM view of the material master of the Finished Goods by using MM02. The QM view of the Finished Goods produced includes the inspection type 0130 Receiving Insp. From External Processing. After the PR was created by the system, I created PO based on the PR. Then, I carried out the GR of the external process by using MB01. Unfortunately, an error message appeared and the inspection lot of 0130 type couldn't be created. Please give the solution for this problem. Thanks in advance.

Can you paste in the exact full text of the error message?

I haven't worked with that particular process but the error message might be helpful.
